Our aim is to find you the perfect property which adequately fits your requirements and guide you through the process of securing the letting of a property including the management of the tenancy right through to the check-out process.

We firstly undertake a thorough assessment of your requirements to ascertain important information such as budget, move in date, preferred locations, restrictions, necessities, etc. Based on our assessment we will source a number of suitable properties from our stock.

Once a suitable property is found we will ensure that the terms of the tenancy are agreed with you in detail and all statutory documentation is provided such as GAS Safe Certificates, deposit protection prescribed information, etc. We carry out a thorough check in inventory to establish the condition of the property to assist in the deposit recovery process.

Once the tenancy starts we make every attempt to deal with issues that arise in a timely and professional manner. We are your first point of contact if you have an issue or query. Our staff will review maintenance or administrative matters personally and arrange for the appropriate technician/consultant to attend, as may be necessary, with the least disruption and inconvenience to you.

Tenant’s Agent

As a tenant’s agent, we aim to take the hassle, organisation and time off your hands so you can simply enjoy your new property, stress-free.

We firstly undertake a thorough assessment of your requirements and on this basis source a number of suitable properties from our stock and if necessary from our pool of partnered agencies, landlords and the marketplace generally.

We can carry out viewings on your behalf and report back on the suitability of properties. We can negotiate the offer and acceptance process including matters such as price, duration, deposits, furnishings etc. Once an offer has been accepted we can review the tenancy agreement on your behalf and check all statutory documentation is in place.

During the tenancy, we are able to act as your agent to manage any issues on your behalf with the Landlord such as faults, repairs, access, administration etc. This can be valuable in ensuring matters are dealt with swiftly by the Landlord and the terms of your agreement are complied with. This will further strengthen any negotiations that are necessary during or at the end of the tenancy.
